Product Introduction
This fixed-bed reaction device is a practical gas-liquid-solid on-line reaction evaluation system, which can realise gas-solid-liquid-solid-gas-liquid-gas-liquid-solid reaction process, and use the temperature controller to control the temperature of the reaction accurately and complete the catalytic reaction. The tail end of the reactor is equipped with an interface, which can be connected with analytical instruments such as chromatograph, mass spectrometer, flue gas analyser, etc., and the reaction product enters into the optional analytical instruments for on-line analysis, so the device can be used to study the reaction performance of the catalyst such as conversion rate, product selectivity and catalyst life.
The device uses an open-type insulated tubular reactor with good heating stability and temperature uniformity, and the device provides a single or multiple material inlets, which can be multiple gas, liquid, gas carrying liquid vapour or liquid entering and then gasified. The back end of the reactor can be equipped with coolers, liquefiers, etc. to separate the products of the reaction. Separated gas products can be individually analysed on-line in the analytical instrument, and liquid products are collected and then fed into the sample for analysis. The gas-liquid separator is equipped with a three-way valve at the inlet of the upper end of the separator, through the switching of the three-way valve can be replenished to the collector to prevent the catalyst loss due to the pressure difference between the collector and the discharge of the liquid.
The device has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, precise flow and temperature control, easy to dismantle and load catalyst, as well as specialised design according to users' requirements. The device is widely used in the laboratory research of scientific research institutes, for example, for the evaluation of catalyst reaction performance and the study of catalyst structure-effect relationship.

1. Using stainless steel reaction tube with metal arc surface hard seal structure way at both ends;
2. Adopting single-section open-type heat preservation reactor with high temperature resistance, good heating stability and temperature uniformity;
3. The open-type heat preservation reactor adopts double thermocouples for temperature control and display, and the temperature measuring and displaying thermocouples are all inserted under the catalyst from bottom to top;
4. The intelligent controller is used to control the flow rate of the mass flow meter and the temperature of the reactor, thus realising the modulation of the reaction conditions of the whole system;
5. The reactor is a special structure, with M-type heaters placed in the hollow area at the upper and lower ends of the reactor to heat up the hollow area and ensure that there is no cold spot after the carburettor and the reaction pipe import and export pipelines and the reaction pipe joints, and that there is no need to dismantle the heating tape repeatedly when dismantling the reaction pipe;
6. The tail end of the reactor is equipped with a three-way valve, through the operation of the valve handle of the three-way valve can control the reaction gas into the gas-liquid separator (condenser and collector) or in the heat preservation state (pipeline insulation throughout the whole process) directly into the analytical instruments connected to the tail end of the reactor for testing;
7. The upper end of the collector is equipped with a three-way valve, through the switching of which the collector can be replenished to prevent catalyst loss due to pressure difference in the collector discharge;
8. It can be equipped with temperature alarm system, low flow alarm and pressure relief system, which is safe and reliable;
9. The gas path on the panel is intuitively visible, which is convenient for the experimenter to operate away from the computer;
