Air handlers are mainly used for comfort air conditioning systems in large public buildings such as high-rise buildings, hotels, restaurants, cinemas, shopping malls, and sports venues.

The unit adopts a built-in steel frame, and all panels are flush connected, with a continuous and flat surface and a smooth and beautiful appearance.
The steel frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, with a sturdy structure and good mechanical strength, capable of withstanding a static pressure of 1000Pa.
The box body is designed with anti cold bridge design, and the panel is made of high-quality steel plate electrostatically sprayed with pure polyester and high-temperature cured or colored steel plate. The insulation layer is made of ultra-fine glass wool material with a thickness of 25mm.
Sealing strips are used between the panel and frame to ensure the sealing and insulation of the unit. Unit air leakage rate ≤ 3%.
5. Efficient heat exchanger: The surface cooler and heater are made of copper tubes and high-efficiency double sine wave aluminum fins, which are mechanically expanded. Table cooler rows 4, 6, and 8 are optional.
6. Sinking water tray: The sinking water tray completely discharges the condensate generated during operation, ensuring that there is no water accumulation inside the unit.

Explosion proof air conditioning can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a. The altitude does not exceed 2000m;
b. Applicable environment: temperature between 5 ℃ and 38 ℃, without corrosive gases;
c. There are explosive hazardous areas with Class IIA and IIB, T1 to T4 combustible gases, vapors, and air mixed together.
