Explosion proof refrigerators are mainly used in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, scientific research, laboratories, etc. They are used to cool and store drugs, reagents, and other volatile, flammable, and explosive hazardous materials that are not easily stored at room temperature. According to its structure, it can be divided into single door, double door, and multi door, as well as horizontal and vertical types. It consists of a refrigeration compressor, condenser, condenser fan, evaporator, and temperature controller. To ensure its safe use in hazardous locations, we also use composite explosion-proof technology to explosion-proof the refrigerator. The compressor and condensing fan are treated with sealing or explosion-proof technology, and the temperature controller serves as a passive switch and an explosion-proof active optocoupler solid-state relay to form an intrinsically safe temperature automatic control system. To protect the compressor from damage, time-delay explosion-proof solid-state relays, overload protection and thermal protection devices are used, and some control appliances are treated with explosion-proof insulation. In order to prevent the harm caused by static electricity, conductive paint is sprayed on the inner chamber of the refrigerator to eliminate static electricity effects and make it safer to use.
Usage method
1. Before using explosion-proof refrigerators, read the instructions carefully. After purchasing or transporting explosion-proof refrigerators, they should be left to stand for 2-6 hours before starting up to avoid circuit failures.
2. Before initial use or reactivation, first set the temperature controller to the strong stop position, and then turn the temperature controller knob to the third position to start, in order to avoid burning out the compressor
3. After starting the operation, the compressor will not work until 5 minutes later. (Because we use delayed explosion-proof solid-state relays and overload protection and thermal protection devices)
4. Before use, power on the box for 2-6 hours before storing the goods. If the cooling effect is good, the goods can only be stored
5. In case of accidents, it is not possible to start immediately after the machine has just stopped. It is necessary to wait for more than 5 minutes to avoid burning the compressor.
6. Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the condenser and compressor to avoid not stopping the machine and not reaching the temperature. You can use a soft bristle brush or vacuum cleaner to remove it. Do not rinse with water or add a dust cover.
matters needing attention
1. It is necessary to strictly distinguish whether the hazardous environment used for explosion-proof refrigerators is Zone 1 or Zone 2. Explosion proof refrigerators used in Zone 2 shall not be used in Zone 1 (the insulation liner of the explosion proof refrigerators used in Zone 2 does not have an anti-static coating).
2. When using and maintaining. Do not change the position of various pipelines and wires. If abnormal phenomena are found, immediately stop using.
3. Explosion proof refrigerators used in hazardous environments in Zone 2 must prevent the accumulation of hazardous static electricity on the insulation surface of the inner container during use and maintenance.
4. Measures must be taken to prevent accidents caused by damage to hazardous material storage containers during use. If an unexpected situation occurs, the power should be immediately cut off.
5. It is necessary to hire professional repair personnel for explosion-proof equipment for maintenance.
