The parallel oil filter element consists of multiple filters connected in parallel, with a small size, large filtration area, easy disassembly and assembly, and convenient cleaning. Suitable for large-flow hydraulic lubrication systems.
Used for oil suction filtration, removing solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, and effectively controlling pollution. Installed below the liquid level of the fuel tank, using stainless steel or copper mesh filter material that can be cleaned and reused.

Parallel filter cleaning method:
When the filter element cannot meet the design flow rate, open the filter after shutdown, take out the filter element from the filter, wash the surface dirt on the faucet, and then soak in 4% hydrochloric acid for 24 hours, and then soak in 4% sodium hydroxide Take it out after 24 hours, and then rinse it on the tap to check whether the O-ring is damaged. If it is damaged, please replace the O-ring first, and then install the filter element according to the filter element installation method, and then rinse it under a pressure of less than 0.1Mpa.
