Process Description
Through a number of technological procedures, sintered wire mesh is created. To achieve adequate contact at wire mesh intersections, precision woven wire mesh is evenly calendered.Then, under mechanical pressure in unique fixtures inside a hot furnace, one or more layers of this calendered web are laminated. The furnace is heated to the sintering temperature while being surrounded by a special environment of inert gas.The individual wires and each layer of wire have been bonded together after being carefully cooled, making the mesh solid. Compared to ceramics and sintered metal powder/particles, it has more favorable overall characteristics. Sintered mesh filters are very durable.
The filter element, which is simple to maintain and has a long lifespan, can be created without the need for internal assistance.
