TOPTITECH titanium frit consists of various grades of pure titanium with a maximum purity of 99.6%. These frits undergo a sintering process and are highly suitable for use in PEM electrolysis and column systems. With a smooth and porous surface, as well as an 20-micron filtration rating, this titanium frit provides exceptional support for the membrane and safeguards the components involved in the overall column system.
The anode PTL/GDL porous titanium frit serves multiple functions in the anode oxygen evolution reaction, including water transport, exhaust, heat, and electric conduction. It is an integration of four-phase fluid fields, namely gas, liquid, electricity, and thermal. When compared to other titanium products, titanium frits sintered from tiny titanium particles possess high porosity and precise pore size, resulting in superior efficiency.
