Brushless excitation
Brushless excitation: also known as magnetic induction excitation or magnetic ring excitation, refers to a DC motor without a group of drive coils, in the case of no magnet drive using a group of brushless excitation coils. This type of motor has no brush, so the current generated in the motor operation can be ignored, will not produce noise. Brushless excitation usually uses contact resistors to generate current without the need for motor coils and exciter. Its characteristics are: low current, low energy consumption, low noise, easy to control, long life, easy to use.
The structure of the brushless exciter mainly has the following: ①, the coil part in direct contact with the motor: the exciter will be in direct contact with the motor, generally using resistance or magnetic ring, but also using spring or steel wire and other materials for magnetic sealing to prevent magnetic leakage or short circuit phenomenon, generally using copper ring. (2) Direct magnetic field conversion element: the working principle of brushless exciter is similar to the working principle of ferrite magnet. The motor does not need direct contact with the exciter, therefore, it does not need a group of exciter to provide the brush magnetic force, thereby eliminating the brush and exciter caused by wear and affect the motor operation and control system complex problems; This structure makes it easier to replace and operate the exciter. (3) The motor adopts DC magnetic field: due to the use of DC magnetic field and does not produce electromagnetic induction magnetic field to compensate the motor in its magnetic torque generated by the current loss, but also has a good noise suppression effect, so as to avoid noise and magnetic field pollution problems caused by motor vibration or current interference.
