Structural form of explosion-proof refrigerator.
The explosion-proof single door refrigerator only has one door and no dedicated freezer. The freezer box is directly composed of an evaporator and adopts a box structure with a small door installed on the upper part of the inner liner. The temperature inside is generally -12~-6 ℃, which can be used for ice making and freezing chemicals. Below the evaporator is a refrigeration room, without any insulation facilities in the middle. The cold storage room is cooled by natural convection of air, and the temperature is generally controlled at 2-8 ℃. There are temperature sensors, shelves, and temperature controllers installed in the explosion-proof chamber outside.
The explosion-proof refrigerator adopts ultra-weak current technology to isolate intrinsically safe circuits. After manufacturing and explosion-proof treatment, the product is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with relevant national standards:
