Monomer structure
HAWKER traction battery uses mature tubular positive plate technology. The positive plate adopts die-casting grid, and the active material is stored in the manifold made of polyester material; The negative plate uses reinforced plate type plate. There are many micropores between the positive and negative plates, and there is a convex diaphragm on one side. The shell of the battery monomer is made of polypropylene material with high impact resistance and high temperature resistance, and the shell cover is heat sealed to prevent the leakage of electrolyte.
Pole terminal
Each positive and negative terminal is cast with lead alloy and copper core terminal with internal thread. The combination of the pole and the compressed sealing rubber ring can effectively prevent the leakage of the electrolyte.
Single battery connection strip
The cells are connected by fully insulated halogen-free flexible connection strips. The way of fixing the connecting strip with bolts can make it easy and fast to take out the monomer from the battery pack for maintenance or replacement.
Safety valve
Each cell is equipped with a safety valve to allow the gas generated during charging to escape. The operation of adding purified water and measuring the specific gravity of electrolyte can be carried out through the safety valve. The safety valve also has a baffle for battery to prevent electrolyte surge.
Battery cover
The battery cover is designed to install electrolyte stirring system or temperature sensor after punching.

Electrolyte agitation system

Protection characteristics
● Overheat protection: when the internal temperature of the charger exceeds 75 ℃, the charger will be shut down protectively, and when the temperature drops, it will automatically resume charging.
● Short-circuit protection: when the charger output is unexpectedly short-circuited, the charger will automatically shut down the output, and restart charging after 10 seconds delay after troubleshooting.
● Reverse connection protection: when the battery is reversed, the charging machine will cut off the connection between the internal circuit and the battery, and will not start charging, nor will there be any damage.
