Hawk TP/EV charger
Hawk AGV Safe series battery charger is based on high-frequency switching power supply. The main power converter uses high-frequency high-conductivity nanocrystalline transformer, and the intelligent full-automatic charger controlled by microcomputer.
The application of high and new technology has improved the conversion efficiency of the whole machine. The product is characterized by high efficiency and energy saving, saving 20% - 30% electricity compared with the traditional charger.
This series of charger microcomputers are equipped with a variety of battery charging programs to accurately simulate the charging curves of different types of batteries. Different charging programs can be selected to charge lead-acid batteries such as AGM, colloid, semi-colloid and rich water injection.
The charging system consists of the charger and the charged battery to form a binary closed loop. It uses the dU/dt and dI/dt technical principles to dynamically track the acceptable current of the battery. The microcomputer automatically determines the parameters of the online charging program according to the state of the battery, and controls the output current voltage and charging time. The charging current is always near the acceptable charging current curve of the battery, so that the battery can be charged almost without gas release. It not only saves electricity, realizes fast charging, but also has no damage to the battery and extends the battery life. The current output is pulse current mode, which improves the battery charging acceptance, reduces concentration polarization and electrochemical polarization, and reduces gas generation. This is very important to reduce the temperature rise of the battery during charging, reduce the deformation of the battery plate, reduce the gas scouring of the plate, and reduce the shedding of active substances.
This series of chargers has protection functions such as anti-battery reverse connection, output short circuit, output overload, etc. It also has the function of automatic switch on and off, which can connect the input power for a long time. When charging is needed, connect the battery pack and the charger works; When charging is not needed, disconnect the battery pack and the charger will stop working. The operation is very simple and user-friendly.
