Typical Physicochemical Data
The data given in this data page are only typical values, not technical indicators of the product.
Active ingredient: 30%
Density (20 ° C): 1.11 g/ml
Refractive index (20 ° C): 1.492
Solvent: dimethyl sulfoxide
Storage and transportation
When the temperature is between 15 ° C and 40 ° C, due to the decrease of the solubility of active substances, the appearance will be turbid and the viscosity will increase. The product recovers its clarity and fluidity above 15 ° C. Turbidity and gel particles may affect the effectiveness and compatibility. Therefore, we recommend that the product be stored at a temperature above 15 ° C. If necessary, it should be stored with insulation.
VOK ®- The solvent of 415 is absorbent and sensitive to water vapor. Please close the container after use to prevent the storage stability and corrosion of metal containers.
Particular attention
Because the product contains very little chloride ions, if it contacts with metal, its impact on metal corrosivity needs to be evaluated, especially if the formula contains water (such as pollution). If necessary, use lined packaging containers. No impact on the corrosion resistance of the dry film has been found.

Features and Benefits
VOK ®- 415 interacts with the film former to form a three-dimensional network through hydrogen bonding and van der Waals force. In addition to the addition amount and system polarity, the degree of entanglement of the polymer is also a key factor. Even at higher drying temperatures, VOK ®- 415 has better high-temperature viscosity stability due to its higher molecular weight and better pseudoplastic fluid behavior.
