Features and advantages:

VOK®- FL 368P is a good anti shrinkage additive. It is also suitable for particularly critical powder coating systems. It reduces the orange peel effect by optimizing the leveling of powder coatings. Pinholes, fisheyes and other surface defects can be avoided. The additive can also be used in uv curable powder coatings.

Recommended use:

The additive is recommended for epoxy based, polyester, polyurethane and acrylate powder coating resins and polyester/epoxy combinations.

Recommended dosage:

0.5-1.5% of additives, if provided, are based on total formation.

Adding method and processing guidance:

The additives are mixed with resins, curing agents, pigments and other raw materials in a high-speed mixer, and then extruded. The good dispersion of additives through the extruder promotes the gloss and leveling of powder coatings and prevents the formation of shrinkage cavities, fish eyes and seeds.
