Flexible Metal Hose Metal hose assemblies are often used where rubber, plastic, PTFE, or other types of hose ducts are unsuitable. Reinforced corrugated metal hose provides for the transfer of liquids or gases, and is engineered to handle extreme temperature and pressure.
Metal hose may be appropriate where other types of hoses are not, such as the transfer of extremely high temperature liquids or gases or transferring extremely cold (cryogenic) liquids.

PTFE LINED Metal Hose

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is an engineered fluoropolymer, outstanding resistance to chemicals is one of the primary attributes. The temperature range is -500C to +210C making this product suitable for the majority of fluid and ambient temperature conditions found in different industries

Product use and characteristics
Double deck jacketed stainless steel bellows, mainly used for double deck pipes requiring heating or tracing.
Vacuum hose features:
1. The double-layer stainless steel metal hose is used, and * * * multi-layer insulating composite materials are added in the interlayer to maintain a high vacuum state, so the cold insulation effect is good, and the hose surface is free of water and frost during use.
2. The bending radius is small, convenient to use, and the length can be determined according to user requirements.

Installation precautions
1. When selecting metal hoses, in order to facilitate installation, please select metal hoses with loose flanges at one end as far as possible.
2. The surface of metal hoses shall be protected during electric welding at the construction site to prevent welding slag and arc striking  metal hoses.
3. It is forbidden to install the metal hose twisted.
4. It shall not bend along the root of the metal hose, and there shall be no dead bending.
5. The medium shall not be corrosive to the corrugated pipe material, and the chloride ion content in the medium shall be ≤ 25PPM
6. Strictly install as shown in the figure. Install in the correct way. (See Installation Guide)
7. Do not damage the flange sealing surface mechanically.
8. Do not use a chlorine containing cleaner or wire brush to remove the dirt in the metal hose.
