1、 Product introduction

After years of research and development, with its proprietary technology, our company has successfully developed a series of battery discharge testers with high intelligence and accuracy. The tester can be used as a discharge load when the battery is offline, and realize constant current discharge of the set value by continuously regulating the discharge current. When discharging, the instrument will automatically stop discharging and record all valuable and continuous process real-time data when the terminal voltage of the storage battery, or the monomer voltage drops to the set lower limit value, or the set discharge time expires, or the set discharge capacity expires.

The tester system uses wireless relay access to monitor the voltage of single battery, which is simple, safe and accurate.

This instrument has a very friendly human-computer interface. It can not only complete various settings and data queries under the menu prompts, but also store the discharge process data in the device memory. Through the data interface, it can be transferred to the U disk, and the data can be analyzed by the special software of the upper computer to generate the required curves and reports.

This instrument has perfect protection function, not only has sound and light alarm, but also has clear interface prompt.

2、 Functional features

PTC ceramic resistance is adopted to avoid red heat and make the whole discharge process safer.

Single monitoring module adopts remote radio frequency wireless communication to transmit voltage data, and can set up up to 4 independent frequency bands, that is, at most 4 sets of monitoring systems can simultaneously transmit data in the same area without mutual interference or channeling.

 The wireless collection box can monitor each battery to realize complete monitoring of the battery discharge process, and has three data acquisition methods:

1. Data transmission is conducted between the single monitoring module and the host of the discharge instrument.

2. Data transmission is conducted between the single monitoring module and the USB wireless terminal.

3. Data transmission is carried out between the single monitoring module, the host of the discharge instrument and the USB wireless terminal.

Each discharge equipment can monitor 25 single collection boxes, each single collection box can connect 12 batteries, and a total of 300 batteries can be monitored. The device can automatically screen the number and voltage value of the highest 6 cells and the lowest 6 cells, and display them in different colors on the display screen.

Single voltage value has sliding table display and sliding histogram display, and two data viewing methods.

The PC upper computer software equipped can analyze the recorded total voltage, discharge current, individual battery voltage and other data, and generate corresponding data reports. The curves, graphs, reports, etc. that can intuitively reflect the performance of the battery pack can be printed and queried.

 USB interface is provided on the equipment body, which can store the data of the discharge process into the USB flash disk, and then import the USB flash disk data into the PC. PC data management software can analyze the process of battery discharge and generate corresponding data reports, making data transfer more convenient.

Intelligent SCM ARM control, 7-inch 1024 * 600 high-definition LCD display, capacitive touch operation, built-in Chinese and English switching menu, simple and clear menu operation.

 Automatic protection shutdown function, over temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, reverse connection alarm, corresponding alarm prompt can be displayed on the display when any alarm shutdown is generated, and the air circuit breaker can be automatically disconnected.

 The charging/discharging termination conditions can be set, including low voltage of single battery, low/high voltage of the whole group, low charging current, expiration of charging/discharging time, and charging/discharging capacity. When any condition is met, the equipment will automatically stop testing with beeping prompt tone, and automatically record the reason for stopping.

 Online compensation charging/discharging can be carried out. The external current clamp sensor can be connected to conduct discharge test on the battery in online operation, which greatly facilitates the test work. This function is especially suitable for occasions where there is only a single set of backup batteries.

Have RS485 remote control charging, discharging and activation functions.

 With multi generator parallel mode discharge, it is only necessary to operate on the display screen of the equipment whose parallel parameter is the host, and the equipment whose parallel parameter is the slave can automatically follow the instructions of the host to evenly distribute power and start and stop operation.
