Product features and advantages

VOK ®- Disper 9076 makes pigment deflocculate through steric stabilization. At the same time, it can also make pigment particles have the same charge, and the generated repulsive force and steric hindrance stability prevent the occurrence of flocculation, so as to obtain the color appearance without blooming in the system containing multiple pigments.

Because the particle size of the deflocculating pigment is small, it can obtain high luster and improve the dyeing force. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments can also be improved. Due to its viscosity reducing effect, the flowability is improved, and the addition amount of pigment can be increased.

Recommended use

VOK ®- Disper 9076 is suitable for various pigments, especially for stable acid and neutral carbon black pigments. It can be used for solvent based and solvent-free coatings, adhesives and PVC plastisols. An important application field of the invention is to prepare solvent free pigment concentrate slurry for the above applications.

Recommended dosage

The amount of additives (purchased form) is based on the following pigments:

Titanium dioxide: 1-3%

Inorganic pigment: 5-10%

Organic pigment: 10-25%

Carbon black: 15-50%

5-30% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on organic pigment and carbon black and used to stabilize pigment.

0.5-1% auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on fiber content and used to wet carbon fiber.

0.3-1% of auxiliary agent dosage (purchase form) is based on resin dosage to prevent phase separation.
