Scorched Rice is a kind of dishes raw materials, IT IS A COURSE to place some fried (In oil with Celsius 180-200 degree) pieces in a dish directly or more to be poured some soup with vegetables. The directly placed fried scorched rice pieces can be sprinkled with different tastes of season powder also. 

If the fried scorched rice are placed at dry place, it can be kept dry and good OK within 2 weeks. So the fried scorched rice can be sold as instant food in a plastic bag for clients to have in directly or dipped in hot boiled water (Same way as ).
