n PRINCIPLE
The kit adopts the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA). After the sample is added to the spiked well, it moves along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold marker, and if there are antibodies against brucellosis in the sample, it binds to the colloidal gold marker and the antigen on the detection line and shows a purple color, if there are no antibodies against brucellosis in the sample, there is no color reaction.

n STORAGE AND STABILITYThe kit can be stored at room temperature (2-30°C). The test kit is stable through the expiration date (24 months) marked on the package label. DO NOT FREEZE. Do not store the test kit in direct sunlight.
n SAMPLE- This test card is only suitable for testing cattle and sheep whole blood / serum / milk samples.
- Whole blood: It is recommended to use the red cap negative pressure blood collection tube (no additives) to collect fresh blood.
- Serum: 2-3 ml of blood is taken in a clean and dry test tube according to the conventional method, left for about 1 hour to clot and then centrifuged at 4000 rpm for 10 minutes (the blood can also be left for about 2 hours to clot and precipitate serum naturally), and the serum is separated. It is required that the
serum is clear and free of hemolysis and contamination. Serum samples can be stored at 2-8℃ for a short time, but need to be stored at -20℃ for a long time.
- Milk samples: Fresh milk samples are collected and used on the same day.
