CE certification is a kind of safety certification mark, representing the European Union recognition, can enter the European market sales license. Without CE certification, it cannot be sold in the EU market, or it will be removed from the shelves. The EN71 test is a standard for toys in the European Union market with the aim of reducing and avoiding harm to children. So in general CE is the certification, EN71 is the toy testing standard. The point-reading pens exported to the European Union must meet the testing standards of EN71 and obtain the CE certificate before they can be sold in the European Union.
