1.Bubble washing machine: Under the action of high-pressure water flow and strong air bubbles, the mango is fully dispersed, which can effectively remove surface dirt.

2.Sorting machine: Manual selection of cleaned mango and other fruits and removal of debris and spray pipes can be added to spray and clean the materials.

3.Pitting and Juicer machine: The double-channel pitting and beating machine can realize the functions of pitting, peeling, and beating at the same time.

4.Tubular preheater: Tubular preheater used to preheat the fruit pulp to kill enzymes while protecting the color of the juice from being damaged.

5.The beating and refining machine: PLC fully automatic control, variable frequency speed regulation or step-less speed change, the contact part with the material is made of high-quality stainless steel.

6.Casing sterilizer: It adopts a multi-layer casing structure, which is specially used for the sterilization of concentrated fruit and vegetable juice and other high-viscosity materials. Ensure that the nutritional content of the material is not damaged, and the color of the product does not change.
