Q: Whats the max weight a mechanism can hold?

A: It can load 250-300KG.

Q: Is it possible for you provide us the assistance if we want to manufacture

     customized designs?

A: Sure, customized designs are really welcome. But the quantity should reach 30 sets

     for every item.

Q: How durable these products/mechanism is? Whats your warranty on

     mechanisms?

A: 100,000 times tested by SGS. Our warranty is 1 year for total set, 5 years for

     hardware.

Q: What is your time of making samples?

A: We usually take 20-30 days to make the samples.

Q: How to get a sample?

A: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and make sure what sample do

Q: What is your delivery time?

A: The time of delivery is four weeks after we receive the deposit and confirm the

     drawing. 

Q: What is the shipping port?

A: We ship the goods via Guangzhou, Nansha,Shenzhen port.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% in the period of shipment.
