The full name of CPC certification is Children's Product Certificate. CPC certificate is similar to China's quality inspection report, which is issued at the same time after passing relevant tests and issuing the report. The CERTIFICATE LISTS THE IMPORT/EXPORTER INFORMATION, THE COMMODITY INFORMATION, AND THE relevant TEST items PASSED AND the regulatory standards to which they are based. Amazon will require merchants to upload CPC certificates when launching some categories of products (such as children's toys, baby products, children's clothes, etc.), and children's products without CPC certificates cannot be sold.
Requirements for CPC Certificate for children's socks, children's clothes and children's pajamas:
1. The CPC certificate must be based on the test results of a third-party testing laboratory approved by CPSC;
2. The seller issues the CPC certificate, and the third-party laboratory can provide assistance in drafting the CPC certificate;
3. Children's products must comply with all relevant safety rules and regulations;
4. Information to be included in CPC certificate:
- Product information (name and description);
-All regulations and regulations applicable to the product;
- Information about the importer or manufacturer (in the United States) : including name, address, and telephone number;
- Contact information of the test result file holder supporting the certificate: name, address, email address and telephone number;
-Production date and address of the product, the production date must be up to month and year, and the address must be specific to the city;
- Detection time and address or certificate-based detection report;
- Information of third-party testing institutions (CPSC-approved laboratories) : name, address, contact number.
