Synchronous honing with double honing shafts

It can support synchronous honing with double honing shafts, and is suitable for processing porous cylinder workpieces. Using the double feed grinding head can complete the synchronous machining of the cylinder block holes at the same time, or use the coarse and fine sand bars to process different hole positions respectively, which can greatly improve the machining efficiency.

Custom multi axis station

Single axis and multi axis station honing positioning can be specified by G command, without specifying the specific coordinate position of the axis, which is easy to use.

Multiple honing process modes

Five honing processes are defined: pre honing, primary rough honing, secondary rough honing, primary fine honing and secondary fine honing. Different honing processes can be selected and combined by PLC to meet different honing requirements. Simple and flexible.

Automatic honing

In the honing process, it can automatically carry out rotary honing according to the measurement information.

Honing process database

With honing process parameter database function, relevant data of different honing workpieces can be saved. When switching honing workpieces, the previously saved process parameters can be called, which reduces the difficulty of debugging and improves the processing efficiency.

Standard honing CNC control format

The honing process is controlled by G code and MST code. The reciprocating position, grinding head speed and sand bar inflation and contraction pressure can be controlled quantitatively, which overcomes many shortcomings of the traditional honing control and improves the operation convenience, machining accuracy and machining efficiency.

In the honing process, the honing track and the current process status information can be displayed dynamically, visually and intuitively.

Multiple time limited shutdown function
