GSK ZJY Series spindle servo motor

Zjy series spindle servo motor is independently developed and produced by Guangzhou CNC Equipment Co., Ltd. This series of motor adopts optimized electromagnetic design, with low electromagnetic noise, stable operation and high efficiency. Strong overload capacity, reliable operation at 150% rated power for 30 minutes, impact resistance and long service life; The imported high-precision bearing and rotor high-precision dynamic balance technology are adopted to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the motor within the maximum speed range, low vibration and low noise. Vibration level: Level B (GB 10068-2008). It adopts fully enclosed air cooling without shell, which is compact and beautiful as a whole. It can match three-phase 380V, 440V voltage, 220V voltage level and other driving units to meet different customer requirements.

①It adopts fully enclosed air-cooled structure without shell, with beautiful appearance and compact structure. ②Optimized electromagnetic design is adopted, with low electromagnetic noise, stable operation and high efficiency. ③The imported high-precision bearing and rotor high-precision dynamic balance technology are adopted to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the motor within the maximum speed range, low vibration and low noise. ④The corona resistant enamelled wire is adopted, and the motor can be used reliably under the ambient temperature of - 15 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ and the environment of dust and oil mist. ⑤It adopts high-speed and high-precision encoder, which can be used for high-precision speed and position control in combination with high-performance driving unit. ⑥It has strong overload capacity and can operate reliably under 150% rated power for 30 minutes and 300% rated power for 5 minutes. ⑦The speed regulation range is wide, and the maximum speed can reach 12000r / min. ⑧Impact resistance, long service life and high performance price ratio. ⑨Protection grade: IP54 (GB / T 4942.1-2006) ⑩Insulation class: Class F (GB 755-2008) ⑪Vibration level: Class B (GB 10068-2008)
