Testing principle
Blood glucose testing principle: the electrochemical method is used to detect the current signal generated in the reaction process to reflect the blood glucose value. The enzyme reacts with the glucose and generates electrons which go through current memory facilities, read the number of electrons, and then converts them to a glucose concentration value.
Blood lipid testing principle: after the sample was added to the sample area of the blood lipid multiple test card. It permeated the reaction layer rapidly and evenly. After chemical reactions of the enzyme and sample in the reaction layer, it will show blue, and the intensity of the blue is directly proportional to the concentration of the substances to be measured. blood glucose and lipid analyzer at 635 nm wavelength detects the color intensity of reaction end point, and uses the reflection coefficient to calculate the total cholesterol (CHOL), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and triglyceride concentrations, thus further calculate the concentration of low density lipoprotein (LDL).
