3. What is your warranty?

A: For most products the warranty is for 12 months, some products we provide 18 months warranty.

     For  PCR machine   , we provide 12 months warranty.

4. What’s your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5 working days if goods in stock. within 10 working days if the goods need production,           And also the delivery time depands on quantity.

     For   PCR machine  , the delivery time is 10 working days.
