A: 1. Please send us inquiry via alibaba
2. We will send you quotation and negotiate detail with you.
3. After agreement, you send us payment, we will arrange production.
4. Usually for sample, it may need 1-2 working days , for bulk order, for example 500pcs,
we need 3-15 working days.
5. We will arrange delivery for you and provide you the tracking number.
6. Order finished, after-sale service and further cooperation.
Q: Do you provide OEM or ODM service?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM orders are highly welcomed.
OEM service include: print logo on product, color box (or customize box) and user manual.

Q:Which Shipment way is available?

Q: What about the sample policy?
A: As there are so many customer consulting, so we will have to charge you on the sample fee
as less as we can, sample cost can be return back in bulk order (>500 pcs), you have to pay
us sample shipping cost also.
