The vertical centrifugal dehydrator is mainly used for the cleaning of fruit, vegetable, and food, dehydration and deoiling after frying food, and drying food in fruit and vegetable processing industries and food industries.
The centrifugal dehydrator uses centrifugal motion as its working principle, the motor drives the inner tank to rotate at a high speed, and the water and oil inside the dehumidified material are in centrifugal motion under high-speed rotation, and the water splashes out of the inner tank from the surrounding holes of the inner tank shell, to achieve the purpose of dehydration.
The centrifugal dehydrator is equipped with an anti-vibration system, electromagnetic brakes, and a digital automatic control, made of stainless steel, it’s the most advanced dehydration and deoiling equipment for fruit and vegetable in China recently.

Features
The dehydrator is a rubber shock-absorbing type, which can avoid foot vibration during operation due to an unbalanced load in the drum.
The outer shell is made of stainless steel plate, the water outlet pipe is on the side of the barrel, and the material of the base and the column foot is cast iron.
The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, equipped with two bearings, and the lower end is supported by a thrust ball bearing to reduce wear and save power.
The dehydrator adopts a time controller to control the working time, which can be freely set according to the dehydration time of the raw materials.
