Machine description:

1.Use continuous rotating feeding system, and the feeding system has multiple safety protection devices to ensure high speed preform supply.

2.Adopt the horizontal device without turning over the bottle preform, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and effectively reduce the cost of replacement parts.

3.Small heating distance between preform, effective use of lamp heating space, improve preform heating efficiency and energy saving effect.

The water channel of the heating box runs through directly, install cold air system to ensure that the screw of the preform does not deform.

5. Optimize heating tunnel take out wind and the surface cooling of the preform. The reversible heating box is convenient to replace the heating lamp.

6.Clamping machine adopts cam gearing, chain - free plate pin shaft, small volume, long service life.

7.The moving is driven by servo motor to ensure high speed operation and accurate positioning.

8.Blowing and stretching adopts servo motor drive and bottom die linkage structure. Equipped with high speed precision blowing valve set, achieve high production requirements.

9.Air inlet, pre-blowing, blowing pipe use hard pipe, air source is more cleaner, no pollution.

10.Take preform and bottle adopt the hard claw, then more stable, never wear, long service life.

11.The blowing mould is equipped with a slide, which is convenient to change the mould.

12. The perform unscrambler can be positioned in multiple directions and can be selected flexibly according to actual situation.

13.Human-machine interface control system, using 9 inch screen to complete and simple operation.

14.The machine design is compact and small volume, which effectively reduces the floor space.
