                             300mm width CF1900 PP PVC trickling filter             

OW cooling tower fill belong to counter flow cooling tower fill, it is glued together to be a block which is full of the middle bottom in tower. The thickness are 0.28mm 0.38mm; the width are 150mm,305mm,610mm; the length are 1200mm,1800mm,2000mm,2400mm;
The pitch distance are 12mm,15mm,19mm and 25mm.The pitch 12mm 19mm is normal size. The cooling tower fill is also called CF1900,CF1200. It means the Trickling Filter Media will be glue to be a block which size is 305x305x1200mm. The honeycomb is in the vertical direction to make sure the cool air meet the hot water directly.
Usually there are 2 or 3 layers in the bottom of the cooling tower. There are PVC air inlet louver match the Cooling tower fill to make sure the water- treatment surface area proportion arrive to 248m2/m3, and the typical face velocity arrive to 2.0-3.5m/s.
