1. Confirm doors belong manufacturers processing, installation or other reasons within the scope of the factory caused by defects, damage, inconvenience and other issues, the manufacturer warranty.  

2. Manufacturer warranty are doors, glass, accessories and other accessories.
3. Warranty products appear damages, They would be charged the cost of materials and labor costs based on the extent of damage.
4. Special case of damage would be settled by the two sides negotiation.
5. Product manufacturer has the Final interpretation to its products.

6 years warranty for whole product, 10 years warranty for German brand hardware,10 years warranty for Austrian brand glazing and 10 years warranty for U.S.A. silicon. Lifetime service.
