PRODUCTION PROCESS

Our factory mainly customized windows and doors in shanghai for 15 years,

have engaged in doors and windows work for more than ten years old craftsmen.

Every good we will check it three times at lease.

PACKING AND LOADING

1.Small goods will be packed on steel pallet or plywood box.

2.Profile surface will have plastic film cover, aluminum window and door corner would be protected by paper corner gloves.

3.Packing belt will hold goods fasten on the pallet.

4.Stretch wrap will be used for cover whole steel pallet.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE

1.Confirm doors belong manufacturers processing, installation or other reasons within the scope of the factory caused by defects, damage, inconvenience and manufacturer and warranty.  

                      
2. Warranty products appear damages, They would be charged the cost of materials and labor costs based on the extent of damage.

3. Special case of damage would be settled by the two sides negotiation.

4. Product manufacturer has the Final interpretation to its products.

5. 8 years warranty for whole product, 10 years warranty for German brand hardware,10 years warranty for Austrian brand glazing and 10 years warranty for U.S.A. silicon. Life time service.
