First, the raw material is delivered to the pulper through an automatic batching system. The pulping machine can manually input cement, stone powder, wood pulp fiber, pulp fiber and glass fiber, and can also automatically weigh and mix pulping.
The material prepared in the second step will be transported to the slurry storage mixer through the slurry pump to maintain the slurry concentration, and then the slurry will be evenly sent to the frying machine. The frying machine uses the mesh belt to extract and dehydrate the mixture in the slurry. Then, the slurry adsorbed on the mesh belt is pressurized and bonded to the cylinder wall by the blank forming machine to form a belt blank. In step 3, the strip-shaped blank that reaches the thickness index through the thickness gauge is cut by the steel wire on the cylinder wall and pushed to the blank-splicing machine, and the longitudinal cutting of the width is completed during the conveying process of the blank-splicing machine.
In the fourth step, the strip blank after longitudinal cutting passes through the market positioning conveyor, and after the horizontal fixed-length cutting of the enterprise is completed by the system automatic cross-cutting palletizer, it is sucked up by the forming suction cup, bent and formed, and put into different molds.
After the continuous work of the four-station automatic trimming, stacking and demoulding machine integrated machine, the products are continuously stacked, one mold and one tile until a stack of 120-150 tiles.
The fifth step is to put the shingles into the closed health care warehouse lounge. After normal rest for 8-12 hours, you can enter the cement curing production line for demoulding. Generally, 150 tiles are demoulded in piles and enter the finished warehouse cement. Continue to cure health care for three days after normal sales.
