Working Principle
The temperature controller is composed of intelligent digital control circuit composed of integrated circuit devices and LED digital display circuit. When the temperature in the working room is measured by a K-type resistor as a sensor, a resistance signal proportional to the temperature is output (100Ω at 0°C). This signal is amplified by the digital control circuit in the temperature controller and sent to the LED display circuit all the way. Measured temperature, the other way is sent to the comparator and compared with the set value, when the two produce a positive deviation, the digital control circuit sends out a trigger signal, triggers the bidirectional thyristor conduction, and outputs electric power to heat the heating tube (or heating wire) , When the deviation decreases to zero, the double-high thyristor turns off, stops the output of electric power, the heating tube (or electric heating wire) stops heating, and the output of the heating in the digital control circuit adopts PID adjustment mode and has output power Functions such as size adjustment and correction of temperature measurement linearity of the system. The heating tube (or heating wire) is installed at the bottom of the box, and a fan (the bottom of the 101 blast drying box) is also installed at the heating tube (or heating wire). When the machine is turned on, the fan is always in operation, and the cold air flow in the working room flows in from the surroundings through the impeller and the air duct, and the hot air flow flows out from the middle, so the continuous circulation makes the indoor temperature uniform.
