This products can  Accelerate alfa of starch, add Water holding capacity of the dough, add Viscoelasticity, and increase smooth finish. The noodle adding this products can keep color white and moist, gluten strong, better Viscoelasticity, solution or soup Clearly, taste slippery,  Nutrient rich and with a longer shelf time, and can improve greatly noodles quality.
