Brief Introduction

(1) Working procedure: from 5 to 65 ℃(homogenizing), 85-65℃ (15 s) - 5℃. The sterilizer can be connected with separator, homogenizer, flash degassing equipment, etc.

(2) Suitable for fresh milk, fruit juice beverage, wine and other heat-sensitive liquid heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling process.

(3) Normally used to pasteurize materials (including raw milk, milk beverage, fruit juice, tea, juice and other kinds of drinks, all kinds of wine and ice cream, etc.), but can also be used as pre-sterilization for raw material when producing pasteurized milk.

(4) Sterilization temperature can be adjusted according to milk, juice feature, The UHT sterilizer/pasteurizer can be designed according to customer production requirement.
