Introduction of Pasteurization Machine:
( 1) The working procedure of Pasteurization machine: from 5 to 65 ℃(homogenizing), 85-65 ℃ (15 s) - 5 ℃.
The machine can be connected with separator, homogenizer, flash degassing equipment, etc.
(2)Pasteurization machine is suitable for fresh milk, fruit juice beverage, wine and other heat-sensitive liquid heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling process.
(3)The machine is usually used to pasteurize materials (including raw milk, milk beverage, fruit juice, tea, juice and other kinds of drinks, all kinds of wine and ice cream, etc.),
can also be used as pre-sterilization for raw material when producing pasteurized milk.
The tube (pipe) sterilize machine can take hot process on the liquid foods and beverage. Compared to the sterilizer of other model, it has the following characteristics:
1. High heat effect, 90% of the heat can be recycled after heating the material
