1. Constitute:

 

This Complete set of paint equipment consists of Emulsifying dispersion pot, paint cans, pipeline emulsifying machine, horizontal sand mill, powder filling tank, static mixer, liquid meter, air compressor, electric control device, and filling machine.

 

2. Main Features:

 

(1) Integrated Production. The equipment changes the traditional craft and combines the high-speed rotating rotor with a stator to disperse and emulsify the materials. During the production process, the equipment uses the liquid metering device to meter the materials, and high shear emulsifying machine to emulsify. It can vacuum suction, vacuum defoaming, and semi-automatic filling to complete the integration of the production.

 

 (2) No dead ends production. The combined emulsifying head is specially designed to ensure the materials are processed at high, medium, and low viscosity states.

 

(3) Completed Configuration. The user doesn't need to match other accessory equipment. when you connect the power, the machined can be produced.
