Q:What kind product does your company manufacture?

A:We mainly manufacture plastic products,such as plastic cutting board,natural straw       

cutting board,plastic board,HDPE conveyor roller,emporary road mat and other plastic parts.

 

Q:Does your company support custom processing?

A:Of course,we can do it as customers' requirements.

 

Q:Is sample available before mass production?

A:Yes,small block sample is free but the freight is by your side;

    If sample size is same as mass production order,customer need to pay both sample 

   cost and freight and we will return the cost after placing order here.

 

Q:What about the payment term there?

A:In general,we prefer T/T,50% for deposit and the balance before shipping;and other       

   terms could be negotiable,such as L/C,Paypal.

 

Q:How does your company guarantee the quality of product?

A:Firstly,we will send sample to confirm the quality;

   Secondly,our QC department will check the quality during and after the mass production;

   Thirdly,our company also welcome customer and the third party's inspection.

 

Q:What about the lead time of our order?

A:It depends in order quantity and production tasks before our order;In general,5-10         

    working days for one 20ft.
