Q1. What kind product does your company manufacture?

A: We mainly manufacture plastic products, such as plastic cutting board, natural straw cutting board, plastic board, HDPE         conveyor roller, temporary road mat and other plastic parts.

Q2. Does your company support custom processing?

A:Of course, we can do it as customers' requirements.

Q3. Is sample available before mass production?

A: Yes, small block sample is free but the freight is by your side;

     If sample size is same as mass production order, customer need to pay both sample cost and freight and we will return        the cost after placing order here.

Q4. What about the payment term there?

A: In general, we prefer T/T, 50% for deposit and the balance before shipping; and other terms could be negotiable, such as      L/C, Paypal.

Q5. How does your company guarantee the quality of product?

A: Firstly, we will send sample to confirm the quality;

    Secondly, our QC department will check the quality during and after the mass production;
    Thirdly, our company also welcome customer and the third party's inspection.

Q6. What about the lead time of our orders?

A: It depends on order quantity and production tasks before our order;

     In general, 5-10 working days for one 20ft.
