- An ATC reduces production time by automatically changing cutters between tool paths, thus eliminating the need for the CNC operator to change and zero tools individually. The ATC allows this kind of machine to do the full job, even when different tooling is required to make different types of cuts – like cabinets and furniture – or where different bits are needed for roughing and finishing passes – like signs and complex 3D carvings. A machine equipped with an ATC can perform operations normally done on other pieces of equipment, eliminating the need for additional machines in the shop.

1. The bed is the backbone of a cnc router machine, our machine bed adopt strong steel square tube welded together, solid and not deformed. Six foot can adjust their height according to the ground, After high temperature tempering treatment to ensure the best strength and rigidity side arranged structure, heavy column, 150*250mm gantry. Compared to ordinary machines, it has better stability.

 

 

2. The forklift location display of SOFIA Series Cnc Router machine.

Forklift loading and unloading reserved space, which can better protect body and cargo carrying weight.

 

 

3. Unique bakelite plate vacuum table and T-slot table can be sucked and clipped, with four zones independent control.

Vacuum table is with multi zones, which allows the operator to switch from full sheet processing to smaller part processing. Every vacuum zone is controlled by separated valves on the front of machine, and whole vacuum zones are with one general valves to control.

 

4. Anodized Aluminum Spindle Fixing plate
The spindle is fixed on the high quality aviation aluminum T6061/6063 plate, and it is Anodized Aluminum processing, the plate is machined by high precision CNC machining center.

 

 

5. Delta 750W servo motor and driver, Z axis with band-type brake motor, because spindle is heavy, the motor’s function is prevent spindle falling.

Adopt Japan SHIMPO precision reducer, reduction ratio is 1:5, has the function of buffering, small volume, large torque, small noise, high transmission accuracy.

 

 

6. Standard type with 4 linear tools, use BT30 tool holder. Also can be change to carousel Tool Changer, can add 8-12 tools, will take the shortest path between any two tools, allowing the quickest change times possible.

This CNC router have automatic tool changer, automatic vacuuming, automatic positioning, automatic oiling functions. Applicable to many kinds of wood boards' plane milling, engraving, hollowing, cutting, 3D relief etc diversified processing.

2. The inner layer is mainly filled with EPE foam, the engraving machine is fixed by wrapping with packaging film, and sealed with standard export wooden case.
