Description

it is able to do slitting and leveling of normal steel coil, and slitting shear the big size to numbers of small neat and rolled steel coils, so that they can be used in the next step of automation production line. The flat bar line can be adjusted straightening slitting line speed within a certain range.

The flat bar line can work on the steel coil with 1-4, or 1-6mm etc thickness and 400-2500mm etc width, the line speed is 1-25m/min adjustable. The application range is designed as per the customer’s need.

Work Flow

Feeding trolley→ hydraulic single arm un-coiler→ guiding device→ pinch roll for feeder and five roll leveler → shear→ centering unit 1→ slitter → scrap re-coiler→ loop bridge & buffer pit → pre-distribution & tensioning machine→ rewinding machine → unloading trolley → centering unit 2 → pinch roll feeder and 13 roll leveler → shear → hydraulic & electric control
