This machine consists of two parts, horizontal washing tank and screw loading elevator. In the horizontal washing tank, a rotator inside rolls quickly then the materials roll as well. This process helps washing away the mud and sand on the surface. As the material move forward to the screw loading elevator, the spray washes for the second time. The material is 80% peeled.

This machine is composed of the two part, first grind the material and then separator the plasm and the dregs. The thornier rolls is very effective and it enhances the productivity. Material comes in and crushed by the rolls. Cells are broken and the starch is released. The finer the material is milled the the more starch is released. In the centrifugal extracting machine, the plasm and the dregs are separated. Fibre and other impurities are discharged and the starch liquid goes to further processing.

The basic working principle is that when the drum is rolling in the starch liquid, though the vacuum pump absorbing, the starch is attached to the surface and the knife behind scrapes the starch powder off. The water content of the starch powder is no higher than 38%.
