The new horizontal carbonization furnace is a new design carbonization furnace for carbonizate the sawdust, nuts and rice husks and agriculture waste for this year. It includes quantitative feeding, forced feeder, main carbonizer, ignition and distribution, cooling and discharging machine, dust removal system, flue gas recovery system, smoke removal system, combustion system,gasifier, ignition nozzle, ignition and alarm equipment, water cooling system, power distribution cabinet.

1. Cylinder horizontal, outside diameter and length can be customized according to customer ability requirements, hot spot in the middle of the cylinder, host structure is simple, easy to operate, compared with the previous generation of vertical pipe carbonization machine has been significantly cut over the mechanical transmission part, design is more reasonable, reduce the failure rate of more than 80%.

2. Compared with the previous generation of vertical carbonizer, the feed size of the host machine increases by more than 20-30mm.

The raw material could be Peanut shells, sawdust, corn stalk, bagasse, branches, rice husk, bamboo shavings, sorghum stalk, sunflower seed shell, lees, corn cobs, coconut, coffee grounds, cotton pole, bean pole, dead leaves, sweet potatoes, grass biomass raw materials, waste residues,etc.

 Air flow type carbinization stove ----if you want to make wood briquettes charcoal  and not big cpapcity choose this air flow type carbonization stove.

Sawdsut carbonization stove ----If you have a very small capacity and you raw mterial is sawdsut , you can use our sawdsut carbonization 

 Horizontal carbonization stove -----if you raw material is hard wood , you can use our this  Horizontal carbonization stove.
