Operate Process

1. Put the material into inner stove, then use the e-hoist to hang the inner stove into the outer stove and use the cap to cover it, use the wet mud or fine sand to seal it.

2. Fire and heat the furnace at the outer stove fire mouth, the temperature will rise and when there is the combustible gas produce, then gradually stop heating till the combustible gas is enough for heat the furnace.

3.When the carbonize process finished, take the first inner stove out to the ground with the cap, let it natural cool.

4.We can put the second inner stove into the outer stove to continuous make charcoal.

Our wood charcoal carbonization furnace each outer stove is with 3 sets inner stoves, these 3 sets inner stoves can be recycle used, that's why our furnace is with higher capacity and shot carbonizing time.
