Operate Process

1. Put the material into inner stove, then put the inner stove into the outer stove and seal it.

2.Preheat the outer stove, after the temperature rise about 280 degrees, gradually stop heating

3.When the carbonize process finished,pick up the first inner stove, let it natural cooking

4.We can put the second inner stove into the outer stove to continue make charcoal.

The machine including 3 inner stove, the 3 inner stove can recycle use,that's why this furnace has higher capacity and shot carbonize time.
