Virus DNA/RNA Kit (Column) adopts unique buffer system and spin column based method which can spe- cifically bind viral DNA and RNA. It is suitable for extracting virus DNA and RNA from 200 μL plasma, serum, lymph fluid, whole blood and other samples. The silicon-based material used in the spin column is a unique new material of our company. It can effective- ly and specifically adsorb DNA and RNA,and remove protein and other impurities to the maximum extent.

Figure 2: The WHO-calibrated high-load HBV positive samples were diluted 10-fold to the range of 5.0×10⑨U/mL to 5.0×10②U/mL, and the detection rate was validated by RT-qPCR. Each concentration was repeat- ed by three replicates.The results showed: The detec- tion rate of 8 gradients was 100%.
