Operation Precautions:

2. After the frying oil in the fryer is used for a period of time (usually 3~5 days), there will be oil residue sinking to the bottom. When discharging the slag, be sure to open the top oil discharge valve after the oil temperature has cooled down until no oil flows out, then open the slag discharge valve to discharge the waste.
