2. what is the priciple of hollow paddle dryer?

Series of hollow paddle is densely arranged on the hollow shaft, and the heat medium flows into the paddle through the hollow shaft. The heat transfer area in the effective volume of the unit is large, and the heat medium may be water vapor or hot water or heat transfer oil. The heat transfer medium passes through the rotary joint and flows through the casing jacket and the hollow agitating shaft. The hollow agitating shaft has different internal structures according to the type of the heat medium to ensure an optimal heat transfer effect.

    When the paddle and the jacket pass through the heat medium and are heated, the upper part of the discharge port is simultaneously dried by the heated dry air, which greatly increases the drying strength of the device. The evaporated water is taken out of the dryer by the exhaust gas, and the humid air is discharged to the outside by sucking fan.
