FID and TCD detectors use advanced technology, featured by high sensitivity, low noise, wide linear range, and so on;
FID uses cylindrical collector; nozzle uses pioneering quartz and stainless steel inorganic bonding technology, Heat- Resistance, high mechanical strength, are less vulnerable to pollution, highly responsive to the carbon-oxygen compounds
TCD uses semi-proliferation structure; power supply is in constant current control mode, rhenium-tungsten wire of high sensitivity as thermal element , responsive to H2, O2.
Advanced and unique gas flow system
Double column parallel separate system, FID and two TCD detectors, nickel-reformer, full-automatic gas component analysis dissolved in oil with one sampling
The sample gas goes through one channel into FID1 detector to detect hydrocarbon gas, through another channel first into TCD detector to detect H2, O2, then through nickel-reformer into FID2 detector to detect CO, CO2. in this way, it avoid interference from CO, CO2 on hydrocarbon gas especially on C2H2, enhancing inspection sensitivity of hydrocarbon gas
Sensitivity of FIDI and FID2 can be settable to reduce influence caused by different gas content
