The NJP-3500 full-automatic capsule filling machine is an innovative design that our company has made several times for similar domestic models. The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, small model, low noise, accurate filling and stable operation.
1. Originally adopted double RU110 indexing box combination for reasonable adaptation. Greatly improve the stability and service life of the machine.
2. Adopt the second-generation fully enclosed turntable design. The upper mold adopts double shafts for circular movement up and down, and imported silicone seals reduce the powder entering into the turntable; the lower mold adopts double shafts for circular movement in and out, and is equipped with imported silicone seals to reduce the powder condition due to the movement of the moving shaft back and forth. It is stable and accurate. High; Double shafts are made of glands, which are easy to disassemble and assemble, and are easy to clean. There is no need to open the turntable to replace the sealing ring, which avoids the cumbersome drawbacks of disassembling the turntable and reinstalling.
3. Taking the lower plane of the metering plate as the reference, adopting a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism, eliminating the natural deformation of the metering plate and the copper backing plate, the gap is uniform, the phenomenon of powder leakage is reduced, the cleaning is convenient, and the difference in loading is guaranteed. .
4. Added a capsule control switch. (Control outside the body: safer and more convenient)
5. The inching control system is added, which is convenient for humanized operation in production and cleaning.
6. Adopting the capsule vacuum positioning and dividing mechanism to make the capsule loading rate reach 99%.
7. Adopting double-row silica gel pad, no air source, no dust flying bag device.
8. Adopting a modular closed powder filling mechanism, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly and easy to clean.
9. The equipment has an automatic timing refueling system.
10. Using 7-inch color LCD display, it can automatically alarm when it is lack of capsules, lack of medicine powder, vacuum failure, and the machine door is released.
11. Increase the setting, equipped with the filling room humidity secondary dehumidification device, which solves the poor dehumidification effect of the filling workshop system and the tolerance limit of the operator's body (optional).
12. The mold cleaning and blowing structure is added, which solves the problem that the capsule is difficult to pull out due to the strong viscosity in the mold plane and cavity during production, which greatly improves the chance of capsules (optional).
